The development is situated at Zhengzhou, capital of Henan province, PRC. Total GFA is 54,140 m², comprising of office and commercial area.

GFA 46,059 sq.m. office development located at Pudong, Shanghai, PRC. China-team coordinates overall progress of the project as the project management consultant. This project completed the top two month ahead of schedule on April 27，2010 for greeting the convene of Shanghai World Expo. It marked the stage results of this project and lied solid foundation for final completion on time.

The project is a Traditional Chinese style house comprised of 2 levels of basement and 1 level above ground with total CFA around 500m2. It’s located at the old town of Beijing. The owner is intent to renovate the promises to be a clubhouse.

The building is located in Shanghai Pudong New Area mountain road and South Road intersection the northeast side, with a total area of 8213.8 square meters. Plots of the nature of land use planning for business office, a total construction area of 46150 square meters, in which the underground construction area of about 11838 square meters, construction area of 33404 square meters. The project consists of 1 high-rise office building ( building 100 metres high and 2 single storey area

La Vita Sport City is located at Zhongguancun Plaza which is connected to the Beijing Metro. The project size is 35,000㎡ which is including the B2, B1 and G/F of the development.

Seibu Chain Department Stores - occupied the three-story podium of Wulihe Mansion total construction area of 14,600 sq m. China Team acted as owner representative to and provided due diligence, system retrofit, tenant improvement, construction management, and final account services.

China HR Office locates at Maple Tree building, Beijing. Our scope for their Beijing office is ME, interior design and management of a two and half floor of modern office space approximately 4,300 sq. m.
