Jove Lai has high expectation for China Team.

With China construction experience since 1983, Jove held positions of increasing responsibility starting as design engineer in a small engineering firm to the Vice-president of a global enterprise.

Over thirty years China experiences in the development, management, and execution of large-scale projects, Jove has established China Team in 2004 and he is acting as the Chairman of the Board.

By prioritizing its principal specialties of mechanical and electrical engineering while solidifying its presence in PMCM, Jove has positioned the firm to take advantage of China’s building boom.

Alan Wu has over 20 years experiences in the construction industry working in M&E consulting firm, architect firm and developers. He is the principle-in-charge of project delivery, and assuring quality services to our esteemed clients.

Alan is also committed to leading China Team the way acquiring cutting edge, green engineering and energy efficient technology to deliver prestige projects.

Hui Wing On has over 30 years working experience in M&E consulting firms. He had been engaged as project manager & technical director in many prestige projects in both Hong Kong and mainland China. He successfully introduced some innovative engineering idea to projects which underpin green and sustainable developments such as energy recovery, energy saving, indoor air quality control.

To build a better environment for our next generation is his vision.

Hui Wing On is now the Managing Director, as well as the Technical Director for China Team.
